A few answers.
About the app, your information and the tools on this website.
What does Epicnap help with?
Epicnap is built around bedtime procrastination: putting off going to bed even when you meant to turn in. It brings together routines, reminders, wind-down tools and reflections on your bedtime habits.
Do I need a smartwatch?
You can use routines, reminders, breathing exercises and self-reports without a smartwatch. Depending on your device and permissions, sleep information can come from Apple Health or phone-based estimates. Estimates are different from clinical sleep measurements.
Where can I download Epicnap?
Download Epicnap for iPhone from the Apple App Store or for Android from Google Play. Availability and features vary by device and region. You can also use the evening planner on this website without installing the app.
Can I try something before downloading?
Yes. The evening planner helps you sketch a small wind-down routine, and the breathing page offers a simple guided pause. Neither needs an Epicnap account.
Can I see my app account on the website?
Your Epicnap account is currently used in the mobile app. This website focuses on the app, practical articles and tools you can use without signing in.
How does the website planner save my plan?
Your plan stays in the page until you choose Save on this device. That saves it in your browser on this device. It does not create an Epicnap account or send your plan to Epicnap. You can load or remove that saved plan from the planner.
Will the website planner remind me at bedtime?
The planner does not send notifications. You can download its calendar file and choose reminders in your own calendar app. For routines and reminders connected to your Epicnap experience, use the mobile app.
Why does sleep information differ from how my night felt?
Connected health data, phone-based estimates and your own reports describe different aspects of a night. Estimates can miss periods of wakefulness or quiet activity. Use the information as context alongside how you feel.
How do I get help with my account?
Email info@epicnap.com. Include your phone model, app version and a description of what happened. Please do not include your password or private sleep records in an initial support message.
